What is Counselling?

 

Counselling is an opportunity to help you explore and understand yourself and your situation, you can

explore ways of making changes and work out what you feel is right for you.

 

Counselling can offer you a safe confidential space in which you can explore your feelings with a

qualified counsellor. Counselling can enable personal growth through increased self awareness.

 

Counselling may help if you are experiencing:

Depression or anxiety
Suffering after a bereavement or other loss
Relationship problems
Major life changes or life crisis
Feelings of unhappiness or loneliness
Stress at home or in the workplace
Low self esteem
Finding it hard to express or cope with feelings such as anger or sadness
Distressing experiences, either in the past or the present.
Indecision in any area of life and work.
